Shane Yellowbird to Take Part in Olympic Festivities

Shane Yellowbird is set to perform at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.

February 17th, the night when the province of Alberta hosts the Vancouver Victory ceremonies, Yellowbird will perform two shows at the Alberta Plaza in downtown Vancouver. Located in front of Alberta House (at the corner of Beatty and Robson) the Plaza will host a diverse selection of musical entertainment provided by the province's hottest musical acts.  

Following Yellowbird's recent Grand Ole Opry debut and the release of his sophomore album, "It's About Time," the performance will also serve as a prelude the release of his next single and video, "Watching You Walk Away," scheduled for release later this month.
