Shane Yellowbird Releases New Video and Behind The Scenes Documentary

Shane Yellowbird's latest music video "Life Is Calling My Name" will air this week on CMT along with a special behind the scenes documentary on the making of the video.

Filmed at the historic West Coast Railway Heritage Park in Squamish, BC the video features Canada's heart throb cowboy leaving his sweetheart behind as he takes his first steps on his musical journey.

"It was a good day," commented Yellowbird, "I was nervous at first because I can't act so I had to just go with the flow. I did get to ride on the train for the first time so that was exciting!"

Adrian Cox, producer of the video, explained the location provided them with not only a beautiful mountain backdrop but also with unlimited creative opportunities.

"We chose this location for the video because we can't think of anywhere else you could achieve all that we are, with the freedom we have here. "Where else could you say, "roll the train"!

The behind the scenes documentary provides insight into the making of the video as well as some up close and personal conversations with Alberta's crooning cowboy.

The video "Life is Calling My Name" will premier this week on CMT with the documentary broadcast Wednesday, June 25 at 7:30 Eastern Standard Time.
