Shane Yellowbird Grabs "Aboriginal Entertainer of the Year" and More at the 2007 APCMA's

Shane Yellowbird wowed the audience with his charisma and charm in Winnipeg at the recent 2007 Aboriginal People's Choice Music Awards. Yellowbird had the crowd jumping and singing along, proving that he's not just a dimpled smile and pretty voice, he's a bona fide country star.

If people had any doubts, Yellowbird's knockout performance certainly solidified his deserving win of the coveted Aboriginal Entertainer of the Year Award. Yellowbird also took home Best Country cd and Best Music Video for his number one hit "Pickup Truck."

"I've said before how humbled I am to be nominated, and how the Aboriginal community is such a big part of my success" says Yellowbird, "and being honoured with these awards really reminds me of how much I have to be thankful for. The support I have in my fans is truly unbelievable, and I wouldn't be anywhere without it."
