Shane wows them at the CCMAs

Industry insiders were buzzing after Shane's performance at the 2005 CCMA Industry Awards brunch on Saturday, Sept. 10. Held in the Telus Convention Center, the event was hosted by 306 Records and featured such artists, including Shane, as Patricia Conroy, Brad Johner, and newcomer Marlee Scott.

?It was a rush,? commented Shane. ?I've been to the CCMA's before, but performing there in front of my peers was a totally different experience.?

It was not uncommon to find Shane speaking with different artists and industry personel after the performance. His stage prescence, as well as the strength of his first single ?Beautiful Concept?, which he performed, caught the eye and ear of more than a few attendees.

If Shane Yellowbird was an uncommon name before the CCMA's, it certainly isn't anymore!
